Shipping, Return & Exchange

We don’t charge any shipping fees or any handling fees. We offer free shipping across India. 

We fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order placement (valid for orders placed on weekdays; orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched on the next working day).

For most serviceable Pin codes, we deliver within 2 -7 business days. But in case of unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations or any other reasons, it may take longer. However, you will be able to track your package using a unique link that will be sent to you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

• Feel assured, as we offer exchange / return for defective products or in the event that your product(s) sustain damage during shipping / transit. Yet, please note that a mandatory requirement for replacing damaged products is to provide an unboxing video of the product.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send out a replacement product. If the product is out of stock, we will make efforts to arrange it. If arranging the product is not possible, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

• We strive to ensure you love everything you order from us. To help you make an informed choice, we offer a video call facility that allows you to view our products before placing your order. Please note that we do not accept returns for products based solely on personal preferences after purchase, except for reasons explicitly stated in our return policy.

  As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds on products that have been sold and delivered in good condition.
